Secure Billing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Pole rentals are billed based on the active rental period and the listed monthly rental price.
Return Verification
A coach or rental administrator verifies returns before a pole is marked returned and future rental billing stops.
Rental Terms
Rental agreement and billing policies
Agreement Required
A signed rental agreement is required before a pole can be rented. The agreement identifies the renter, pole, rental period, and responsibilities for care and return.
Monthly Rental Billing
Rentals are billed monthly while a pole is checked out. If a rental starts or ends during a month, prorated billing may apply based on the actual rental period.
Returns And Review
A return request does not complete the return by itself. A coach or rental administrator must verify the returned pole before the rental is closed.
Refunds And Billing Questions
Billing corrections, approved refunds, or credits are reviewed case by case and processed back through the original payment method when applicable.
Privacy
Payment data is handled by Stripe
Elite Performance Pole Vault collects the information needed to manage rental agreements, inventory, billing status, and returns. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on this website.
Rental records are used to administer pole rentals, communicate about active rentals, and resolve billing or return questions. Customer information is not sold.
